With the 4th quarter of 2025 underway, Optima Global Solutions has been active in building a solid foundation for 2026. This includes attending key procurement conferences that connect vendors with stakeholders which allows for focused conversations on future needs in an informal networking setting.
27th Annual NJBPU Supplier Diversity Development Council (SDDC) Conference
Held on October 16th at the Palace at Somerset Park in New Jersey, the 27th Annual NJBPU SDDC Conference attracted a diverse group of certified small and diverse businesses, matching them with utilities and other related businesses who are looking for dependable vendors.
Starting with a keynote address in the morning from Dr. Clint Parker, President and CEO of LeaderLift Leadership Solutions focused around leadership qualities, and culminating with an address from key utilities within the state of New Jersey, attendees learned what the future is projected to look like into 2026 for construction and technology projects alike, with key messaging around bringing on vendors that can help with their needs.
Optima Global Solutions joined the hundreds of attendees that were at the event, where we talked actively with businesses across the state of New Jersey on how we can help with their IT Staffing and technological needs.

Stony Brook University (SBU) Vendor Community Fair, 2025
Optima was proud to participate in the 2025 SBU Vendor Community Fair, held at the Island Federal Sports Arena on September 25th. The event, open to all faculty, staff, students, and members of the public, specifically featured Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE), as well as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB) suppliers. In addition, for the first time, the University Career Center also participated in the event; providing resources for regional organizations looking for talent.
Attendees of the event included prospective and current vendors from industries ranging from IT, Construction and Architecture, to travel related companies such as Southwest Airlines, expense companies like Concur, and food companies from SBU’s Calverton Incubator.
