Employee Spotlight – Lipika Arora – The next generation of Talent Acquisition

When Lipika Arora, Talent Acquisition Specialist, was asked to talk a little bit about herself and what she does at Optima Global Solutions, she outlined that she not only serves as “the voice of the company,” but also sees herself as “a bridge between the business and the candidate, making sure both sides are aligned and supported throughout the process.”

Graduating with a master’s degree from Guatam Budh Technical University and awarded the Silver Medal for Outstanding Academic performance, Lipika boasts an impressive resume working for organizations at the forefront of their efforts. At Optima, however, Lipika’s focus is on more than just recruiting and includes exploring and building on the “human connection” behind every hire. “It’s incredibly rewarding when candidates reach out to express their gratitude — telling me that my guidance and support helped them land a role where they’re now thriving,” said Lipika.

Expanding on the “human connection” factor, Lipika finds Optima an “inspiring place to grow both personally and professionally” and outlines how every team member is encouraged to “share ideas, take the initiative, and continuously learn.”  She also appreciates the flexibility and work life balance, citing how Optima “encourages a results-focused approach rather than just clocking hours.”

Outside of Optima, Lipika as mentioned is dedicated to her family and “expressing (herself) through singing and unwinding with a good movie.”  “I also enjoy trekking adventures with friends and family – exploring new trails, sharing laughter and creating lasting memories along the way,” said Lipika.

Inside the professional world, however, Lipika’s dedication is steadfast to ensuring a vital connection between the candidates that come to her, and the clients that Optima works with. She had this recommendation for anyone faced with the challenges within today’s job market.
