Compensation Planning – (Total Rewards Planning for Corporate division)

The application helps planners to link rewards to the performance of an employee and act within their budgets. Planners can assign Performance ratings, Merit increases, Promotions & Adjustments, Stock Options, Bonus rewards etc. through the system. Pre-defined targets & budgets parameterize system so planner can’t overspend it. System was developed using ASP.NET, VB.NET, Infragistics, XML, MS SQL, Oracle and Crystal Reports.
