Mahesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bombay University, India and is the CEO & Founder of Optima Global Solutions, Inc.

Mahesh has over 25 years of experience in the IT services industry and has contributed significantly towards growth & successful exits in his prior engagements. Over time, Mahesh has discovered that his passion is to build winning teams and motivate them to succeed at all levels.

Before Optima, Mahesh held executive positions at NovaSoft Information Technology, Corp and Hexaware Technologies, Inc. As COO of NovaSoft, a NJ based IT services firm, Mahesh was responsible for Global Sales & Operations. As AVP of Hexaware Technolgies, Inc., a Global IT Services  firm based out of India, Mahesh was a key member of the start-up and founding team and was responsible to set-up its US operations. Mahesh began his career as a Sales Executive for Patni Computer Systems (known as iGate Patni today recently acquired by Cap Gemini).

Mahesh serves as an Advisory Board Member with the School of Business, Montclair State University, NJ and has also served as a Board Member of the New Jersey Technology Council. Mahesh is an avid golfer and is the Founder of South Asian Golf Association, which promotes golf in the South Asian community and is a Board member of The First Tee Greater Trenton.

Kris is a technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in Microsoft and Business Process Management (Smart Process Application systems).

In his current role at Optima, Kris manages the Smart Process Applications team to develop marketing strategy, conduct regular webinars and develop Proof of Concepts for clients and prospects. Kris is an expert in driving organizational wide  adoption of SPA’s technology, contribute, and promote SPA’s delivery methodology and best practices to clients and prospects. Kris works closely with application business owners and project leaders to architect major application components and processes; provides architectural guidance and support to business analysts, software developers, and quality analysts.

His team specializes in the design and implementation of all major aspects of SPA’s: business processes engine, business rules, events, activity monitoring & analytics, process integration, user experience portal & forms, collaboration, and mobile. Kris has performed numerous design and implementation of application and process integration with legacy, 3-rd party, and non-SPA systems as well; overlays applications with SPA for end-to-end process control and improvement

Pramod has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, coupled with extensive training in computer programming. He is an expert at Client Management and Resource Allocation. In his 15 plus year career in IT services, he has successfully provided permanent as well as temporary staffing services to many fortune 500 businesses and organizations within USA.
Heather is a Senior Account Executive at Optima responsible for client relationship management as well as new business development for Optima’s Innovation and Consulting practices. Heather has more than 15 years of experience in the IT staffing/consulting industry as well as experience in all aspects of enterprise account management.  She has breadth of expertise having partnered with clients in Financial Services, Insurance and Pharmaceutical industries.  She has successfully initiated, developed and maintained strategic relationships with clients by delivering value as a trusted vendor partner. Throughout her tenure, Heather has worked with key clients including, but not limited to  AIG, TIAA, ADP, Verizon, Citi and BMS. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.

Glenn is the Director of Talent Acquisition for Optima Global Solutions. With over 25 years of experience with a primary focus in recruiting and recruiting leadership roles, recruiting I.T. and business professionals, Glenn has contributed to the growth and success of several start-ups and mid-market solutions/staffing based consulting firms.  Glenn is very passionate about leading a recruiting team by example and coaching and mentoring individuals during a career transition.

Glenn brings a unique set of skills to the consulting business; he has been on all sides of the business: a hiring manager in receipt of consulting services for a major corporation, I.T. sales for a solutions/staffing based consultancy, and has recruited nearly 1,000+ professionals during his career exceeding annual recruiting targets on a consistent basis.

Over 30 years of experience in a variety of Information Technology Consulting positions specific to Business Development, Account Management, and Project Management. Specialties include: Consultative approach to solutions selling focused on aligning business needs with best of breed, cost effective solutions, manual process automation, manufacturing systems and legacy software development.
Balaji (Bala) Jayaraman is a seasoned information management executive with more than 20 years of technology experience in areas such as Pre-Sales, Sales, Marketing,  Web Systems Development, IT Operations, Database Applications and Technical Project Management in Government, Insurance and Startup/early stage companies. He is currently the VP of Business Development – Technology Solutions at Optima Global Solutions in NJ. At Optima, Bala is responsible for marketing, new business development, client relations and account  management for some of the key accounts for Optima. Bala graduated from Cornell University with an MBA in General Management and Entrepreneurship.
