Software Solutions Sales Professional

Optima Global Solutions Inc. provides Intelligent Automation and IT Consulting solutions that help organizations streamline their internal business processes and increase creativity, productivity and efficiency on their mission-critical development projects.  We partner with mid-sized and larger businesses to lower operating costs and create competitive advantage in the markets they serve.

As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking a Sales Professional to play a key role in driving expansion of our Financial Process Automation Software Solutions across existing client accounts and brand new accounts, accelerating our reputation in the marketplace as one of the most exciting, highly regarded, quality service providers in the I.T. industry by offering invaluable consultative solutions and leading-edge technologies. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships that translate into new business; driving expansion of our Financial Process Automation software solutions across existing client accounts and development of brand new accounts.
  • Lead and/or participate in the creation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals and SOWs as necessary.
  • Be a highly active “networker” representing Optima at industry events.
  • Effectively create and execute account planning and development strategies.
  • Be accountable to yourself and your fellow team members.
  • Meet/exceed overall annual sales revenue targets.
  • Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements.
  • Engage frequently with decision makers at client facilities in effort to increase Optima’s consulting footprint.
  • Effectively position yourself and Optima as a highly valued, trusted delivery partner.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience selling IT software products (i.e. financial process software, document/content management, etc.) On Prem and/or SaaS solutions to Fortune 1000 and mid-market client(s) in the New Jersey and/or Philadelphia areas.
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
  • Executive presence with strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.
  • “Hunter” oriented sales professional with proven track record of building long standing, valuable client relationships.
  • Ability to build, close and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline
  • Highly effective at navigating client environments and leveraging team members to identify opportunities and provide optimal client solutions.
  • Strong professional networking ability in order to identify new perspective clients.
  • Solid communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly driven, results oriented, competitive, positive person who thrives in a small, team oriented, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

 

Compensation:  Base salary plus a lucrative commission/bonus plan.
