We are looking for a creative / innovative individual to join our sales team. The right candidate is passionate about technology and is highly skilled at opening and growing new accounts to create value for both the potential client and IDX Studios. They also thrive in a fast paced, high-growth environment with the ability to make an impact.

This position reports into our Head of IDX Studios

Responsibilities:

  • Find, open, and grow new accounts in conjunction with Practice Leadership
  • Sell across the entire consulting portfolio – Mobile apps & Wearables, Emerging technology (Chat bots, AR, VR), Digital experience.
  • Activity and relationship focused
  • Attend networking events and functions, help drive the Optima brand
  • Develop and share sales collateral
  • Manage negotiations of the opportunities in the Pipeline

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of previous Sales and Account Management experience
  • Passionate about sales and technology
  • Proven track record of breaking into and growing new accounts
  • Consultative selling experience – Able to partner with clients, establish trust, understand their needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
  • Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
  • Organized and methodical; Strong time management, prioritization and negotiation skills
  • Experienced in building relationships with CXOs and Business Decision-Makers
  • Skilled at complex technology solution sales

You’ll be challenged to turn apps around quickly but thoughtfully, balancing speed to market with longevity and scalability, all in the name of extraordinary customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, lead and build awesome web experiences
  • Plan and accommodate all mediums, screen sizes and devices types
  • Build in flexibility and customization from the start
  • Internalize the user and promote good usability in every experience
  • Be nimble and react quickly to changing business conditions.
  • Work with product managers, content producers, QA engineers and release engineers to own your solution from development to production.

Desired Qualification:                      

  • With customer facing UI, restful web services, data storage and end-to-end architecture

Responsibilities

  • Own the UI/UX design of our projects
  • Create application wireframes, mockup, and flow diagrams
  • Write engineering-ready product specifications
  • Design and conduct user-testing
  • Communicate with business customers to understand market requirements
  • Cooperate directly with engineering, design, and marketing teams
  • You are excited and passionate about new and well-designed mobile apps and technologies.
  • You’re able to manage your own time, whether working on a team in a collaborative environment or working independently.
  • Working closely with a development team is something you have done and enjoy.
  • You are a designer who always puts the client first. You’re passionate about solving difficult, user experience problems in the simplest, most elegant way.
  • Proven ability to create user-centered design based on your understanding of HCI fundamentals.

  • Ability to manage client facing situations as we all as to act as a bridge between clients and our sales team.
  • You are able to effectively articulate user experience issues and concerns and overall design principles to team members and clients.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of UI/UX experience in software development
  • Expertise in modern mobile app and web UI conventions
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Led focus group or user testing experiments
  • Track record of shipping consumer-facing products
  • Expertise in writing detailed product requirements
  • Willingness to work on multiple projects in parallel
  • Attention to detail (i.e. caring about pixel- and millisecond-level design impacts)
  • Preferred
  • Experience in financial and retail domain is preferred.
  • Experience designing for VR is a serious bonus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction or comparable major.
